The Southern Highlands—and Bowral in particular—holds a deep personal connection for me. Both my family and my partner’s family have roots in this region, and over the years, it has become much more than a place we visit. It’s a home, a community, and a source of inspiration for everything we do at Sydney Private Chef and now, Bowral Private Chef.
We've been fortunate to enjoy the rich and growing food culture of the Highlands—where exceptional produce, a cool climate, and a passionate community of growers, winemakers, and artisans come together. From Artemis and Cherry Tree Hill, and from The Press Shop in Bowral to Station Coffee House in Mittagong, the region continues to surprise and inspire us.
Recently, we took the next step in our commitment to the area by acquiring a commercial property in the heart of Bowral. Vitrine located in Railway Pde is a showcase of all the things that we do.
This has become a base for our operations in the Highlands and allow us to expand our private dining and catering services, while also supporting local producers and hosting events that celebrate the unique culinary landscape of this region.
From Private Dining to Elegant Events
Over the years, Sydney Private Chef has catered for clients throughout Bowral, Berrima, Moss Vale, Robertson, and the Kangaroo Valley—from intimate in-home dinners and long lunches to milestone birthdays, luxury retreats, and weekend weddings. We've served both long-time locals and visitors seeking something special during their stay.
