We source the highest quality, seasonal produce, cooked and served with care. All dietary requirements can be accommodated, and we take pride in making every guest feel considered.

We can provide:
Complete kitchen setup (including ovens, cooktops, and equipment) where needed
All glassware, cutlery, crockery, and linens
Beautiful Japanese Raku plates or fine European porcelain
Riedel wine glasses and barware
Styled service platters for canapés and shared menus
Professional chefs, floor staff, and bar team
Setup, pack down, and complete cleanup
Pre-wedding dinners, recovery brunches, and post-wedding catering

What We Do
At Sydney Private Chef, we make your wedding day seamless by handling everything from planning to pack-down. We arrive on-site, prepare the menu you've chosen, serve your guests with warmth and professionalism, and leave your kitchen spotless—so you can focus on celebrating.
We can accommodate any location or setup. If your venue doesn’t have a kitchen, we can bring in a fully equipped mobile kitchen with ovens, cooktops, and everything needed to deliver a flawless service.
All food is prepared in our commercial kitchen, then completed and presented fresh on-site. We also offer pre-wedding dinners, recovery brunches, and post-wedding celebrations, ensuring the food is as memorable as the moment—every step of the way.

What We Serve
Our menus are created around peak-season produce sourced from premium suppliers and local growers. Whether you prefer an elegant plated meal, abundant shared platters, or hand-passed canapés, your menu will be tailored to your tastes and thoughtfully designed to suit your day.
Every dietary requirement is happily accommodated—our menus are flexible, inclusive, and built with care.
What It Costs
Each wedding menu is customised and quoted individually. Pricing varies depending on guest numbers, style of service, and menu complexity. As a guide:
For larger groups, $110 + GST per guest is a starting point
For smaller, more intimate weddings, $150 + GST per guest is typical for a full three-course experience
All quotes include food, staffing, and service equipment, with optional extras such as table styling, bar service, and rentals available.
