Bridgestone at La Botanique – A Curated Food & Bar Experience
At Sydney Private Chef, we believe that no two events should ever feel the same. Every menu, every drink, and every detail should tell the story of the host and their guests. For Bridgestone’s recent corporate gathering at the stunning La Botanique in Botany, we were tasked with doing exactly that — designing a complete food and beverage experience that matched their theme, audience, and occasion perfectly.
From the very first meeting, our goal was to blend fine dining with a bespoke bar offering, ensuring guests felt immersed in the atmosphere from the moment they arrived.
Two Unique Guest Experiences in One Day
The day was split into two beautifully executed sittings — a 40-guest luncheon followed by a 21-guest dinner service. While the venue provided the perfect backdrop, it was our custom-curated menu and bar setup that set the tone.
The Menu – Sophisticated, Seasonal, and Memorable
Our chefs designed a three-course menu showcasing premium Australian produce with an elegant European influence:
Entrée – Lobster Mac & Cheese with butter-poached lobster, fresh Australian black truffle, and aged Comté cheese sauce.
Main – Little Joes Beef striploin with Jerusalem artichoke, confit potato, balsamic onions, and bordelaise sauce, paired with a shared green leaf salad of shaved radish, fennel, Persian feta, and citrus vinaigrette.
Dessert – Roasted beurre bosc pear with orange blossom honey, pistachio crumble, and vanilla bean ice cream.
We also tailored the menu to accommodate Halal and dairy-free requirements, ensuring inclusivity without compromising quality.
The Bar – Cocktails, Wines, and More
One of the standout features of this event was our full bar setup and complete beverage service. We designed a drinks selection to complement both the menu and the client’s style, including:
Cocktail on Arrival – A choice between the tropical and refreshing Eye of the Storm (70%) and the bold, smoky Mezcal Negroni (30%).
Mocktails – Crafted to order, ensuring non-drinkers enjoyed equally exciting options.
Premium Wines – From crisp Eden Valley Riesling to bold Tasmanian Pinot Noir and Barossa Shiraz.
Beers, Spirits & Non-Alcoholic Options – A carefully chosen selection to ensure there was something for everyone, from craft beers to top-shelf spirits and refreshing zero-alcohol beverages.
Our professional bar team handled every detail — from setup and styling to shaking cocktails, pouring wine, and ensuring every guest had the perfect drink in hand.

Across both sittings, our waitstaff ensured flawless service, working seamlessly with the bar team so guests could relax and enjoy the experience. Between beautifully plated courses and thoughtfully paired drinks, the atmosphere remained vibrant and perfectly aligned with the Bridgestone brand.
